I don't think I've ever seen him at defend the Warsat event except maybe appearing with like 30 sec left. Only during unannounced hive/fallen "enemies moving against each other" fight on sky watch. Gave up for a month on it then murmur/secret handshake + thunderlord. Tried galhorning, not the way to go...
