Exotic perk: DM's favor: hitting an enemy with this weapon has a 1 in 20 chance of doing quadruple damage, and a 1 in 200 chance of instantly killing any enemy except for raid bosses which it would drop to 1/4 health. This weapon also is kind of based of of maerun's (is that the right spelling?) razor from skyrim.
