I don't wanna be rude but this is retarded. I have 3 Thunderlord but 0 GHorn. It's RNg or most likely poorly designed NG. I did everything I could since day 1 to get a ghorn (didn't have enough coins when he sold it because I work). Xur should sell Thunderlord and Gjallarhorn asap to make it fair imo.
