Likewise. I'm sorry if I come off a bit odd at times... New recruits and whatnot, keeping people from tearing each other apart, this stuff gets to you. But it makes a hell of a personality, that's for sure.

I sometimes feel that I can't. But if no one else is to do it, then I am to step up and take the role no one else would. It's surprising what you can and can't do when you care for your people.

Might be because I burn nearly everything I touch, or my short temper, but I've been getting better with it lately.
