You should learn to read as well.... the "glitch" he claims is not something someone can kick in....or mod the game with.
You will not be banned for using a glitched gun that bungie may or may not have put in the game.
That kind of attitude is purely stupid....and ignorant.
IF there's an issue....bungie will take care of it.
