Are you -blam!-ing serious. The last word perk says "Bonus damage and stability. Extra PRECISION damage when firing from hip." Learn what your talking about before looking like a scrub

Yeah. It clearly says you gain bonus damage to the head when firing from hip. But it also says bonus damage and stability before that. Are you -blam!-ing retarded

Precision damage = headshot damage ? You don't have to be aiming down the sights to pop a headshot. What's that about learning again

The perk says "Bonus damage and stability.(nothing about having to be in hip fire. Therefore you get extra damage aiming down sights. This counts for precision aswell) Extra prediction damage firing from hip(This stacks on top of the first part meaning that there is extra precision from aiming down sights but aging there is more damage when hitting a crit from hip
