Yep.
Not "mythical". Just hard to come by.
I've got two with tracking (one rare Despot, and one Iron Banner: Radegast's Fury)
Plus a third with Proximity detonation----which is just as good if you aren't going after a really fast-moving target like a Hive Wizard.
