Halo 5 Trailer Explained
The trailer is a metaphor for what happened to halo as a series.
Master Chief represents the franchise itself. The statue represents the memory of the good old halos. The injured master chief on the ground represents how 343 damaged it. Agent Locke is the fans, taking revenge for the error of 343's ways.
