Why are you against weed?
I am simply curious as to what the more popular reasons are for people who are against the use of cannabis.
So if you are against it, what is your reason?

1 ReplyIt's legal here in oregon and had been medically legal for a while. I don't smoke cause I am and army guy but my wife does. I really don't see a problem with it. I used to smoke when I was younger and it didn't make a difference in my ability to complete my goals. Still graduated early from high school. Went to college. Got a career ect. And when I get out of the military I'm gonna blaze a fat Doobie and continue my life.

I'm not against it out of choice. My union is against it because the contractors are against it. I dream of a day when I won't be persecuted for it because that's how I chose to spend my weekened. Until then… I'm drunk as a skunk!

We serious asthmatics will need masks when we go out and HOW IS THAT FAIR? My problem is very serious. I don't dare leave the house without my inhaler at the ready and I cannot stand any smoke at all. If you wanna smoke, it better be in an isolated area AWAY from me. Here's for smoke free streets! We NEED them!

I'm pro choice, let all drugs be legal. Yes the first year might be a little harsh but all the addicts will be dead after that.

1 ReplyWhether or not it's legal I still won't smoke it but I won't ridicule you if you do. I'd like it to be legalized because then we could tax it, and it'd make the business a lot safer. I do however have a problem with people who think pot is the only thing to live for. I don't care how high you got last night. You look like a douche wearing clothes covered in pot leaves. I don't want to smoke it so don't try and force me to, and certainly don't ridicule me for not wanting to. I support your choice to do it. The least you could do it respect my choice to not. I don't hate pot. I hate the lifestyle that some people take on when they use it.

16 RepliesWeed got me involved with bad people, those bad people got me involved with more drugs, and before I was even 17, I went to jail 3 times and was charged with several misdemeanors and a felony. Drugs ruined my childhood. I hope people are smart enough to not do drugs.

When Marijuana enters the bloodstream, however, it takes a MONTH for it to be completely disposed. The effects may go away, but it is still there. You may think, "so what?" If a police officer pulls you over a week after you were wasted and performs a blood test, the officer will find nothing wrong with you. If a police officer pulls you over a week after smoking Marijuana and performs a blood test, guess what, yo ass is gettin' sent to jail. *edit* That is, if you are in a state where the drug is illegal.
