Why are you against weed?
I am simply curious as to what the more popular reasons are for people who are against the use of cannabis.
So if you are against it, what is your reason?

I was raised by the black sheep in my family. My Dad became a cop while all of our other relatives became heavy drug users. I saw what drug use did to people, and decided to never touch the stuff. To this day, I haven't even had the urge to smoke something. Same goes with drink. All that, plus the fear of God my father gave me. Another good reason.

23 RepliesI'm not cuz the only thing that's bad about it is it's illegal. The same scientists that said weed is bad said cigarettes were good for you. There's not really any negative impact and it's much healthier than alcohol or cigarettes.

9 RepliesI just generally am against the use of recreational drugs. I don't like the idea. I'm perfectly fine with medical marijuana, though. Nothing I can complain about. In a better economy, I'd be glad to see governmentally regulated recreational weed sales, if only for the taxes. However, the U.S. isn't there yet, and I don't know about other countries.

1 ReplyWeed isn't as bad as alcohol. But it's just another substance more people can abuse and be under the influence of if it is made legal. That is the only reason why I don't want it to be legal.

8 RepliesI use to smoke weed. The guy I use to smoke with never drank alcohol because his dad was an alcoholic, instead he smoked. He died 8 years ago whilst driving home blazed. Him and the guys he smoked with frequently were deadbeats. Literally. They didn't work, they offered nothing to society. However he was still my friend from 3rd grade. Seeing people waste their lives and potential because of a stupid recreational drug is saddening.
