Why are you against weed?
I am simply curious as to what the more popular reasons are for people who are against the use of cannabis.
So if you are against it, what is your reason?

It makes my backyard look bad. What if I only want the plants I planted there.

It's illegal here, that's it. If/when it becomes legal here I'll be fine with it but I still won't do it.

I'm neither for or against weed, ergo the people that smoke it are the ones that bother me.

I'm not. To be honest making it illegal doesn't do anything. I struggle to get alcohol and have to go out of my way to get it. If I want weed I'll just open my contacts list and can get it from several dealers within five minutes.

Fine with it as long as they stay away from me, cause (generally) stoners I meet are just weird/disgusting.

Some people are absent minded enough without adding drugs into the equation.

I smoked a joint because I had a headache. It went away. Then because I smoke marijuana I took Advil the next time I got a headache because I had no more weed. Gateway drugs they say. Now I take Advil for my headaches.

Governments says it it bad so it must be bad (sarcasm) In reality the reason why the government doesn't want to fund study of marijuana is because they lied about there original studies just to spite people who used it via prejudice (they most likely looked at African Americans ) And they don't want to own up to that fact they -blam!-ed up and the fact there war on drugs is a massive waste of time and money. Everyone knows it. they just don't want to take the fall.

The only time I'm against someone smoking weed is when they're supposed to pass it but they don't.

It seems like everyone does it and its just a new trend for stupid people to follow (the omg 4:20 smoke weed erry day/only own clothes with pot leaves on it people) Everyone I've met who does it seems dumb as hell (nearly everyone in my high school did it), even my best friend. I love her to death but its like she has no common sense/doesn't use her brain. I also had an (ex)boyfriend over once who was too -blam!-ing high to even talk to me. He just asked me to make him food (that he didn't even eat) and slept on my floor the whole time he was over. When he woke up I couldn't have a normal conversation with him. Needless to say I dropped him quick. Glad I did cause now he's into harder stuff and has no teeth :) It also smells really bad. Its not for me. I've never done it and likely never will. My current boyfriend has done it a few times before and he didn't like it. Tl; dr [b]Its just not appealing to me.[/b] But [b][u]obviously not all people are like what I stated above [/u][/b]. The people around here are probably just born stupid lol.
