Question About Dragonball Xenoverse
Why are all the other players just sitting around completely still and not actually doing anything? Obviously their characters are just being used as NPCs, but I want to know how to actually run around with other real players and not just NPCs.

When you log in it gives the option to go into a open lobby or closed lobby. When you choose a closed lobby random stationary player show up. This option shows up after choosing your character I think.
