I've always had very long hair up until recently. I'm 19 and out of school. But in middle school, I had this teacher named Mr. Mathis. And he taught math. Ironic much? Anyway, sitting in his class one day, front row. He places both hands on my head and begins to stroke my hair like a small dog. And says and I quote: "Mmm. Your hair is soft dude. You use conditioner?" And I promptly told him where to stick it.
