How did you earn your HOTPH? Because as far as I know the only way to earn it is to buy it from Xur with Strange Coins. because Strange Coins are something you actually earn. The only other way to get HOTPF at all is from a random drop. That's not earning. That's luck. You didn't work for it. You didn't earn it. It was just given to you. There is no way to earn HOTPF EXCEPT by purchasing it from Xur.
