But serious note
I upgrade all my gear if Xur is selling one with higher stats, I mean why wouldn't you? Sometimes you don't get a good roll.
I have no problem spending the glimmer or coins to better my player stats...
EDIT: 124 discipline? 148 here, get on my lvl scrub
