To be honest, I want the Thunderlord. I have just about every other Exotic and it hasn't been sold in a while (if at all). Its also arc damage for a heavy, which I have few of, most of them are solar and a few void.
Jellyhorn is unlikely to be up and sold by our dear black-marketer. But if you Nightfall enough, you'll get it.

I've never seen it been sold witch sucks and I'm in the same boat now have 3 of just about everything els and not one thunderlord, kinda ridicules lol

Do you honestly think bungie would sell possibly the most powerful weapon in the game for 17 measly strange coins? They did it once, realized how powerful it is, and stopped selling it. If they sold it again everyone would have it and they would be forced to nerf it, which the community would flip about. Stop dreaming it'll happen, you need proof to put this together? Really? Preach? That's a word people use to sound smart, it literally means the same thing as saying or speaking in that sentence. Also, same thing happend to red death, so go earn your loot man
