New Exotic Idea (Khovostov!)
So, I had a fantastic Idea for an exotic today, and I was hoping some of you could help me add to it.
First an upgrade "quest" like the one for the necro to refurbish the Khovostov into an exotic.
Stats:
[b]An Old Friend[/b]
[i]Oh baby a triple![/i]
Arc/Solar/Void damage (you pick this in the final stage of weapon creation, and can't change it after)
