Here's what ya do son. Ya place a rat on their chest, above where the heart should be, maybe slightly to the side of you want the heart without damage. You put a cage over the rat, but keep it on the chest. Place a candle on the cage: the rat will dig a tunnel through your victim, right next to / on the heart.
