i actually tried this today. first off i'm joe average pvp player. i don't suck but i'm no where near a top player. past 5 games were 1.09, .82, 1.11, 3.80, 1.17. most my time is in raids and pve etc what i noticed is you get 24dam a headshot unleveled and 32 leveled. it's easier to get multiple headshots with the slow fire. time to kill was so close otherwise as to not even be debatable. the lag between matches is a far bigger concern. if you have one game at 40ms ping and another at 150ms nothing is going to change how easily you die and seem to do less damage at 150ms i'm sure the video is correct, i'm just saying people should try it both ways and see what fits their play style more. personally, i like the 32dam. hammer forged also increases the range quite a lot which lets you play at distance. slow fire again makes doing this easier
