I can't even log in It keeps saying Marionberry anybody else going thru this help please :/

Been getting this for almost a month, normally just resetting my modem works, but for the past 2 days I can't get on period. I can't get passed the main screen to choose a charrcter before I get Marion berry no matter what I do to try and fix it
