How can I get the House of Wolves card from the reef cutscene if I've watched it with all three characters before it was allegedly fixed by the release of TDB?

Since update 1.1.1 you can complete the mission "Istar Collective" and unlock the House of Wolves Card.

I believe the only other thing to try is do the mission before which I think is eye of a gate Lord if I remember with someone who hasn't completed the mission yet, or make a new character and try it again.
