I agree with the whole asking before you join a fire team. But the whole "must bes and haves" is comical to me. A 31 can take down Crota just as easy as a 32 and yes Gally is an awesome rocket launcher but a 331 rocket launcher with tracking works well too. A group of 32s is sometimes annoying because no one listens they all know everything. I enjoy helping people through raids if it's to help them get raid gear or to finally beat Crota. To help fellow clan mates is why people joined this group right? If that's not the reason then that should have been stated in the requirements. A lot of us don't want to grind out in ROC or wait for Iron Banner to start to get above level 30. The abyss is easy and the bridge is just as easy because no one runs it legit there's a possibility of 2 raid pieces right there. I'm sure some of you won't like this post but I have been on both sides (below 30 and above 30). But I love helping my clan mates through raids nightfalls or anything else. You'd be surprised how awesome it is to hear someone yell out when they get something from any of the raids.
