The Gorgans
I have collected all the dead ghosts, double checked, and have not received the listed cards or their scores. Not expecting an immediate fix but these are bugged for me.

Edited by Seraphim Crypto: 4/12/2015 8:31:59 PMYou do unlock all those Grimoire Cards by picking up dead ghosts in DLC areas of "The Dark Below", in the areas "Seraphim Vault" and "Chamber of Night". For the Gorgon Grimoire Card you have to kill a Gorgon in the Vault of Glass.

Alright, so does that mean there are added ghosts specific to the The Dark Below? Outside of the 62 I'm sure I've collected?

Yes, they did. With "The Dark Below" there are 68 dead ghosts in total.
