Its probably because they are localized to a single planet as opposed to 2. Every other enemy is on multiple planets, so you spend more time with every group but the Cabal

Yes this is what I am so interested in. They are running away from an enemy greater than The Darkness. Its also why they destroy planets because sometimes its just easier than going around it

It would be interesting to see them become an ally, they're a military civilization so they would share the same views as Titans.
