Now that you ask, I think of Halo: Online. It's loads of fun, and I've been playing all day. I've also uploaded some stuff of it to YouTube.
Although my greatest memories were all of the custom Halo 3 maps and gametypes. As well as the campaign mode for Halo 2.

So? Doesn't stop us from modding it to be hosted through internet LAN lobbies and becoming an almost pure Halo 3 PC port.
