No his sheild regen between rockets I have all exotic launchers and have tried them all the gally does far more damage, though your right it's not like it's a be all end all boss killer it just does more than every other launcher besides dragon's breath (potentially) And yes bungie does care about the backlash of the comunity because they want to sell us shit for the next 10 years and I guarantee there are millions of gamers running 3x characters through nightfalls and raids just for the gally if.xur sold it they would all buy and could possibly quit playing. BTW I don't give a crap what xur sells as there is only 1 gun he could bring I'd care about, if he sold gally I'd help all.my friends get strange coins to buy 1, also I wouldn't go on the forums for a solid month haha.
