Yea their pragrammed to walk out of it, for bosses I like to just put all 3 rockets into them all around him so no matter where they go their getting hit. I'll switch to dB for a couple points in the raids stationary they just soak up the damage haha.
Yea thank you for being logical too its so rare to find that on these forums haha

It works pretty good with my lock and angel if light you can usually put 2 into the boss pretty ez the dragon's breath has the highest rof of all launchers so it's easy if you can trap an enemy between 2 rockets it does surprisingly high amount of damage
