Just got mine tonight from hard CE at 1,138 hours. It was the only exotic I didn't have. Glad to have it but would not have minded if Xur sold it. I have a ton of strange coins and little to spend them on. I didn't clap or cheer I just said 'finally' after seeing it get handed out 6 times this week to folks who've put in a lot less time in the game than I have. Still, nice to have one for the occasion where I might need it though I've done fine without it.
