Gally is by far the highest dps (realistically) rocket launcher right now. Now I agree it isn't op and it wouldn't break the game if sold, but it is a very strong weapon.

Yes per mag it does I don't disagree but as a quick fire and forget rocket launcher gally is the easiest and highest (again realistically) dps rocket launcher there is. Hell if it was on a static target dragons breath is the highest dps rocket launcher out.
