That's the real shock. That it's 3 player instead of 6. I'm sad since I got a solid raid team for months, so we probably won't play together as much as before. One thing though, we might do CE and VOG quite often to get exotic chances? But no new content. I'm happy there is finally a challenging mode for 3 player teams. Destiny started with my joining 2 real life friends. Eventually we mixed with another team to achieve our current "raid team". But it's really nice to have something nice to do with 3 man teams again. Strikes are... Not going to waste anymore words on it. Besides this, you won't need to wait for the 5th or 6th player to join. Less orbit, more Arena.
