They've done nothing outside the law. You really think a giant company will be that stupid? Take a look at the t&c's. Content is subject to change before release therefore yes a raid was mentioned, but now that's changed, and they've also said it will come later which doesn't necessarily mean the comet dlc it could mean before that once it's finished. There's no legal grounds for any action here and you don't deserve a refund either.
