I believe I have over 20 CE HM completions across 3 characters, and I just recently around the 17th or 18th run on my warlock got the Sparrow from CE. Also took me 18 or 19 runs to get the crux, which most people get in 3-5 HM completions. But then again I raid a lot and I've ALWAYS gotten screwed because I usually have the most kills in every raid, and that means I consistently get the least and worst rewards.
