Badger CCL Patience and Time/Light of the Abyss Against All Odds with Arc Burn. This is the best arc burn load out I can muster. I do have an arc shotgun, but I avoid getting that close when Lightswitch is active. I use Sunsinger on my Warlock for self res, and Bladedancer on my Hunter for arc grenades, and invisibility.
