Are you fucking serious? This is not even content. You are paying for a cutscene...
Does it affect anything? No, you've already won the match. It just makes fatality input simpler to do. That's all. There is no rhyme or reason this should exist. It's just taking advantage of gullible idiots.

I could see a one time fee of $5 for easy fatalities specifically for people who aren't good at the fatalities. But paying for individual fatalities is weird.
