Yep. At no point in time did Bungie state that a Raid would be released with every Expansion, why people expect it I have no idea. I was just about to quit Destiny and then House of Wolves was announced. I'm really looking forward to being able to play end game content with my 2 close friends and not have to worry about finding Raid groups or organising times to Raid with 5 other people I met on the internet.
