I don't have Hard Light, but that is because I didn't want to purchase it. I didn't see the need. It hasn't dropped for me yet, but I really am not missing it. The only exotic I don't have that I want is Hawkmoon. I'd take necrochasm for the Grimoire aspect with a hope that it will be improved at some point.
