Well, my mindset is that we're getting Prison of Elders with HoW, and the new Raid is going to come out regardless. Even if it gets delayed to Comet, that means we get [i]two[/i] Raids at once. Add that on top of being able to upgrade Legendaries, and you take less of a focus off of Raids. The game is far too focused on them IMO. With this, you can get Lvl 34 gear from any of the Raids; which will add more diversity to Raids, while making Crucible and Vanguard stuff just as important. It will add a nice balance to everything. It's at least a minor victory any way you take it. Could it be better? Yes. But at least they're getting slightly better.
