OP means "original post". I am referring to Siffow's post on top.
The VIP kills on patrols are only acquirable through completing VIP missions. You can see the symbols of patrol missions when you put up your Ghost. I included a picture for you to understand it better.

I know what symbol it is. But when I kill them and I have done 4 in one day, I go and check them after (even the day after) still the same
