Vex and Necro - Upgrade?

Bungie, you plan a upgrade for (old damage) Legendary. Really nice, and what we want. Is there still a plan to upgrade the Vex and Necro? Hope for it...

They said they won't upgrade raid exotics :( supposed to be "locked in time" or something like that
