That depends on whether or not you think you can get the absolute most out of it. It's a very rewarding weapon, if you can get past all the bad parts about it. It's just that the only thing it has going for it is being a guaranteed one-hit-kill on a headshot in PvP, something that no other weapon can boast. On the other hand, it's also the only weapon I can think of that has a full two seconds between every single shot, and it's the slowest reloading thing I have ever seen. Not really worth using, in my opinion. If you're that skilled, you'd probably do just that much better with The Last Word or something.
