I just got every exotic two days ago by completing the Invective exotic bounty. Needed Gjallarhorn and Thunder Lord and both Atheon and Crota were generous to me the same week! Ghorn from Crota (Normal) and ThunderLord from Atheon (Normal). Seems like Normal drops more exotics. Well at least that's my opinion!

took my mate through his first VoG (normal ofc) and atheon threw a gally at him.. the next week also on normal he got suros. I agree with normal being a little more surprising with exotics.
