Sign here if you have a Black Hammer with a yellow border
It's on my hunter right now.
So many plebs having a "maxed out black hammer" you know you're good if you have one with a yellow border.

They show with a yellow border on the website and app, but not in game. Mine has a yellow border here as well, nothing special. In game it's a green bar.
