Fatherdan is correct. That line app thing is great for on the fly partnering up. In my experience, I have had the most luck with organizing a regular group or posting a sign up sheet here in the forums. I dare say and time (time zone too) and people will sign up. If h don't get much love on the sign up, u can always promote it on the line chat or just start private messaging folks.
