Who is the top VILLAIN?
Out of any type of media (videogame, movie, anime, ect.) who do you think is by far the most terrifying, sadistic, or feared villain of all?
Base your answer on the villains personality alone. Not "who would win in a fight," but rather who is purely the most maniacal or evil of all!
And what characteristics make you think that villain is the worst of all?

Probably the Joker. Question is what defines a good villain: anyone can do the meanest shit, but it's character motivations and history that justify those actions and make a character more interesting, believable, and, dare I say, didactic. Ironically, that's not what really defines the Joker. Regardless, he is the king of the shits 'n' giggles villains.

Not to mention if he really hates you he might decide to torture you by using your body as a trampoline, crush you to death using his bare hands, or try to dislocate and/or rip off both your shoulders/arms before he kills you.
