Who is the top VILLAIN?
Out of any type of media (videogame, movie, anime, ect.) who do you think is by far the most terrifying, sadistic, or feared villain of all?
Base your answer on the villains personality alone. Not "who would win in a fight," but rather who is purely the most maniacal or evil of all!
And what characteristics make you think that villain is the worst of all?

[spoiler]Adachi[/spoiler] So a god basically wants to mess with humanity so she gifts a select few people with the strange gift to peek into the collective human subconscious, using this villain as a catalyst for chaos. This villain is simultaneously both threatening and pathetic, eager for power yet bored out of his mind, wanting the spotlight yet also wanting to remain hidden, has the power of a god yet is still fearful of being caught since that means that the game would be over. And it all started with the murder of the love of his life, who didn't even know he existed. This tipped him over the edge and began a mass murder spree as he plays with others like toys.
