And since the human body is composed of iron I can shift the iron in my own body to create temporary shields. Gonna have to try better than that. * stands on hands and leg whips commando. Robots I have no problems with.[/spoiler] *surprised by the strength of the soldier I quickly strengthen the molecular bond of my armor and weaken those of his weapon. The weapon shatters upon impact. Follows up with trapping commando's arms and legs in a mixture of iron and stone. Slashes at commando's torso.* I have one other ability any metal element that exist I can strengthen and weaken its molecular bond making the substance more fragile or more sturdy.

Correct in their normal state adamantium is indestructible. But if altered correctly any metal can still be broken. *rolls out of commandos shotgun blast but is grazed a bit* Just like diamond and graphite. Both are pure carbon yet one breaks easier than the other. The reason is the different bonds. *creates mobile mechanical spear launchers out of stone and keeps them on a constant fire. Encases self in a solid stone dome and a slight tremor is felt*
