Actually, just recently (maybe a day or two ago) they found a liquid substance at the equator. Looks like at night, a dew like substance forms in the ground, but dissipates by day. Unfortunately, it's like an anti-freeze like liquid, and with the cold, it couldn't support microbial life. :/
