Where can I get a katana that can be infused with the power of the sun?

I have many katanas. Enchanting? Not a problem. Enchanting with direct solar energy? That's a different question. *gestures to Starbucks* Maybe we can make a deal?

The sun as a power source itself is quite temperamental. As it only rises for part of the day in some areas... You can see how power can wax and wane. But perhaps a more indirect approach can be created... A relic, maybe? An ancient tome of sunlight? Something to work off of. A catalyst, if you will.
