Game was tough. Maybe I just didn't build my character right.
Got to the dragon but couldn't beat him and got burnt out on game. Would like to finish at some point. Any tips? Character doesn't use magic. Also how close to end is this?

Decided to take a break from destiny and start a new character on dark souls 2. Went for a cleric build. I'll remember these tips when I get to dragon again. Thanks

Dragons are weak to lightning, so I recommend using a gold pine resin right before you enter to get some extra damage off while you stand underneath him.

If you stay under his feet, he literally can't do anything to you unless you move into his foot stomp. Also watch out for his tail flop. When he goes up in the air, run away to near the walls of the area, and then run back under his feet when he lands. Guardian Dragon was one of the easiest boss fights in the game in my opinion, if not the easiest.

I think the last giant is way too easy for a magic build :p

I must just suck lol

It doesn't mean you suck, it just means you probably have a different play style than me. Keep at it! Try what I said, hopefully it helps.

Which dragon?

The Guardian dragon

It was an avoidable fight and you could still get the item you needed from him. But if you stay near the base of his tail and his feet and hit him a few times, he will fly up. You will want to find his tail and run as fast as you can. His fire will reach farthest out in every area besides behind him so just run for his tail. Rinse and repeat!

You have 1 area to clear and 3 bosses left.
