Assuming your assumptions and calculations are correct, there would be MASSIVE changes to the Earth from the sudden change in gravity. Since the Traveler's mass greatly exceeds the Earth's, the polarity of gravity would be reversed. The environmental changes would catastrophic, to say the least. Tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, would all be EXTREMELY common and would be VASTLY more violent than modern ones. From the intertwining gravometric changes that is being given off by the Earth and the Traveler, the Moon would either collide with the Earth and the Traveler, or just be completely ripped apart, which would cause even MORE environmental disasters.
It's not just the Earth that would be affected. The Traveler would almost be a new planet, and the entire Solar System would go to ruin. All the planets would inch closer to each other, and the Earth's atmosphere would be thrown out of whack. Jupiter would be much closer, and due to its massive gas density, it would probably heavily distort other planets, at the least. The Sun would probably be the same distance, but all the planets would either be closer or farther away, including Earth. Depending on the planet, it would either heat up like an oven, or freeze into an ice ball.
